Users must check this box to proceed. It confirms agreement to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This checkbox is not pre-checked.

SMS alert consent Optional

A separate, independent checkbox for SMS opt-in. It is unchecked by default and is never required to complete registration or use the platform. Users who do not check this box will not receive SMS messages. The checkbox is accompanied by inline disclosure language including opt-out instructions, data sharing policy, and a link to the full Privacy Policy.

The following text appears directly beside the SMS opt-in checkbox at the point of collection:
